Preparing and sending 1099s

When you sign up with 1099Link, we will contact the vendors to whom you will be sending a 1099 and encourage them to agree to receive your 1099s at no charge to them. Then, when you are ready to send a 1099, simply send us a file of the 1099s. We will deliver them electronically to your vendors who agree to receive them that way, or print and mail them to the rest. And with our W9Clearinghouse service we will make it easy to obtain the W-9s that you need to have on file in order to prepare the 1099s.
